Please, please read!
1. Please fill out the entire form
2. Each book is $20.00 (this includes shipping - except international)
3. You will be invoiced via PayPal. Payment must be made within 48 hours of the date invoice is sent. Non-paid invoices will result in orders being canceled.
4. Please allow up to two weeks AFTER September 26, when all orders close for your book to arrive.

Please also allow a few weeks to receive your book as shipping times will vary, especially with COVID-19. I will send the invoices via PayPal, so make sure you include your correct email down below that you use for PayPal. Invoices must be paid before books are shipped.
*International orders are accepted, but you will be invoiced for shipping based on your specific location. If you'd like for me to check on the price BEFORE you order please contact via email: authorjessylin@gmail.com
