Nebraska Joint Fall Conference Participant Input
2020 Joint Fall Conference, November 4 - 6 2020

Dear NWEA, AWWA, and APWA members,

In light of the current situation, we are soliciting input from our members to best gauge our planning process for the 2020 fall conference. It is still unknown what restrictions may or may not be in place in November, however our committee is beginning to contingency plan around the following options:

1. Normal In-Person Conference

2. Hybrid Conference with in-person and virtual options

3. Fully Virtual Conference

4. No Conference at all

Your input would be greatly appreciated to assist our joint planning committee to best execute a plan that meets your needs.
Were you planning on attending the 2020 Fall Conference prior to the COVID-19 situation? *
What is your primary reason for attending the fall conference? *
Do you anticipate being under any travel restrictions (from your company or organization) that would inhibit attendance in November 2020? *
In light of the current situation, if guidelines allowed would you attend a 2020 Fall Conference onsite, in-person in November? *
If we are unable to have an onsite in-person conference, would you participate in a virtual conference? *
If we would host a virtual conference, presentations may be pre-recorded or live, which would you prefer?
Clear selection
I am not sure there will be a lot of attendance if the conference is virtual. Operators like the on site attendance so they can network and to say the least, get away from work for a few days.
If no conference is held, are you concerned about achieving your number of professional development / continuing education hours this year?
