Difficulties in Element Selection
At the core of many CAD and modeling softwares is element selection, the ability to select particular vertices, edges, faces, and objects of a part or assembly. This is a prerequisite for measuring, extruding, and many other essential functions. We're a group of students at UC Berkeley designing a system of element selection for virtual reality, and your answers will help us design the CAD software of the future.
