1. LIABILITY Superior Events Group Inc. will not be responsible for any products and/or services sold or offered by The Vendor. The Show will not assume any responsibility for losses or injuries to property or persons, which might be incurred from pilfering, water damage, fire, accident, or any other cause.

2. INSURANCE All Vendors must have commercial general liability insurance of $2,000,000.00, and submit an insurance certificate or certified copy of the policy. This certificate must identify Superior Events Group Inc. as additional named insured, but only with respect to your business operations for the duration of the show.

3. INDEMNIFICATION The Vendor shall indemnify Superior Events Group Inc., The Show and its Directors, Officers, Employees, and volunteers from all losses, claims, costs and liabilities which may arise directly or indirectly, as a result of the granting of this license. The Vendor shall be soley responsible for all acts or omissions due to or caused by any person at any time while occupying the Licensed Area.

4. POWER Is supplied for an additional fee.
I understand that upon approval of my application I must pay 50% deposit for each festival I get into to hold my spot and that the remaining balance is owed 7 days prior to each event. I have also read and agreed to Superior Events Group Inc.'s terms listed above and will supply proof of insurance upon approval. *
