9th Annual Nativity Display Music Event.
We are looking to share Nativities of all shapes, sizes and origins to be displayed
December 5th and 6th at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

****It is important to sign up your Nativity because it helps us make your name card and find rooms for display.
If you have a nativity you wish to display, please complete the registration form below.
Event planners will coordinate the nativities and ensure that every nativity is handled with care.
**We ask that you take a picture of your Nativity and post a print out picture on your box.
**Add your name and Phone Number to the box. And the Number of pieces to the set.
** Please DROP OFF Nativity on Dec 4th at 10:00 am till about 10:00 pm
** Please PICK UP your Nativity on Saturday at 9:00 pm
** If you are not there at 9:00 pm or you have too many to pick up,
the nativities will be moved at 9:15 to Rooms 103,
Clean-up crews will begin Breaking down at 9:30 pm
This form will allow you to enter information for up to 10 Nativity sets. For additional sets, please fill out the form again starting from a blank form. Make sure to start with a new form (empty fields) or it will simply edit your previous submission.
