ABOX Registration (2022-2023)
The Artifact Box is back up and running, starting with spring, 2022. We are still migrating our materials and revising our website to reflect the changes. 

We are not sure how many school swill participate, but we will do our best to match you with someone from outside of your state and near your grade level. If you have any questions, send a note to us (artifactbox@gmail.com), and we will reply as soon as possible.

Please complete this form to register for the Artifact Box. You may register for one exchange per form. After we process your registration, we will e-mail you a confirmation contract to complete to verify your information and confirm your participation and agreement to follow the guidelines.

The cost for participation is $50.00 for an exchange, and $15.00 for a teachers guide.

Registration Guidelines:

  • Only one (1) registration per form – complete one form for each classroom exchange
  • Only the teacher involved may complete this form
  • Payment or purchase order must accompany this form
  • Make checks payable to “Artifact Box Exchange Network”. MUST BE U.S. FUNDS ONLY
  • Orders must be received  by the deadline: (September 30 for fall  or January 30 for spring)
  • You may also register online ($5 for credit card fees)
  • All spaces must be completed or your registration will be delayed
