23-24 Student Attendance Appeal Request
If you owe hours due to absences and would like to appeal those, please complete the following form. The Attendance Appeal Committee will meet to review your case. When completing the form, please be thorough in your responses to give the committee a complete picture of your circumstances and reasons for the appeal/absences.

Once a decision has been reached, you will receive an email with the committee's decision regarding your hours. Please understand that your request may denied, partially granted, or fully granted.
