How can we unlock the full potential of every student in mathematics?
We invite K-12 educators, administrators, and support staff to a collaborative book study on Rachel Lambert's new book, Rethinking Disability and Mathematics: A UDL Math Classroom Guide. This isn't just another book club; it's a hands-on workshop where you will explore practical strategies to create more accessible and engaging math environments for all learners.
Our unique format gives you two weeks between meetings to implement ideas from your reading directly in your classroom or school. We’ll then come together in interactive Zoom sessions to share insights, problem-solve, and build a strong professional network. We will begin with some introductory reading over the Christmas break and dive into practical implementation strategies in January. You will also be invited to attend a kickoff webinar by the author for Idaho teachers!
