Birregurra Hall - Bushfire Appeal Fundraiser Activities application
As a contribution, Birregurra Hall Committee is offering Birregurra Hall as a venue for up to three large fundraising events across 2020 that see all proceeds go toward bushfire appeals – waiving the hire fee for the facility, sound and lighting production equipment, as well as cleaning fees in most cases. We can also provide guidance with any necessary permits and licences, and help you get the word out.
The venue capacity is up to 300 inside depending on configuration plus outdoor space. We will also consider additional proposals from local community groups who need a space to run other smaller bushfire appeal activities.
Preferred bushfire appeals include Bendigo Bank's National Bushfire Disaster Appeal, Australian Red Cross Bushfire Emergency Appeal and WWF-Australia Bushfire Appeals. Other bushfire appeals may be applicable – just let us know and we will advise.
