IMPORTANT SET UP INFORMATION *
Please read carefully, and write out your name to confirm understanding.

Our program involves the transportation of many teaching materials and sometimes includes live ocean animals.
  • To streamline our set up time and minimize stress on our animals, one dedicated indoor space (ie. classroom, auditorium, or multi-purpose room) is required for all sessions.
  • If your session involves a Touchtank, we also need to secure outdoor, on-campus parking for our cargo-sized van that is within 100 feet of an electrical outlet and provides adequate, adjacent space for our 12' by 18' canopy. We will also need two (2) six foot tables to display jars and biofacts.
  • For safety reasons and to ensure that your students receive the maximum hands-on time, we have to limit each session to 30 students (max).
  • Additionally, at least one supervisory teacher must be present during the entire Outreach Program. Teacher aides are encouraged to help.
  • Please let us know if your students have any special needs or require additional accommodations during our visit.
Pick your best date *
Choice must be Tuesday - Friday,  July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. We will do our best to accommodate your first preference, but this date is not guaranteed. We will notify you with your final date.
