Cat Haley Cheerleading will discuss all fees owed to your program. You will be given an invoice to provide payment for either digitally, check or by cash. Information regarding pricing can be found at cathaleycheerleading.com . Please contact Cat Haley directly with any additional questions regarding service fees.

I understand that payment is due within 30 days of service and late payment is not acceptable. Late payment will result in a $25/day fee for an additional 30 days. Payment past 60 days will be sent directly to a collections agency. *
