Thank you for volunteering to help on our school trip, we truly appreciate you giving up your time to support the children and teachers.

In order for the trip to run smoothly and for us to keep all children and yourself safe, we ask that you please read the following guidance and complete the below form in acknowledgement.

Guidance:

Please do not take pictures of the children during the day unless requested by a teacher to take pictures on a school device
When you are supporting pupils during an activity please do not use your mobile
Please encourage children to follow guidance and instructions from their teachers
If you are concerned about the behaviour of a child, please alert the teacher/support staff
Please do not share any information about a child with anyone outside of the school staffing team, especially on social media or parent groups
