Once application has been accepted, an appointment will be made available to you and sent via email.
Parent/Guardian MUST ACCOMPANY minor to the appointment. The in-person appointment will occur within the framework of the social distancing guidelines. Instructions will be included in the appointment confirmation email to follow. Appointments will be scheduled on Mondays. Please allow 3-5 days, during normal school hours, for a response with your appointment date and time.
*PLEASE NOTE, Spring is a very busy time for Working Permits. Currently, we are scheduling appointments in June* If your student already has a position, please email mheimbach@nazarethasd.org and accommodations will be made.
