Thank you for your interest in becoming a summer camp coach with First Tee - Fort Worth! Please see the eligibility requirements below before submitting an application:
- Must be 16 years or older to be eligible for a paid coach position (prospective coaches ages 14-15 may volunteer as a camp coach)
- Must have previously volunteered in some capacity for First Tee (classes, camps, Junior Advisory Committee, etc...) OR have been a previous camp coach / intern.
- Preference will be given to those who have been in First Tee for at least 2 years.
Prospective camp coaches must be available for training Thursday, June 4 - Friday, June 5.
Tiered Coach System
Tier I: Coaches with demonstrated excellence, dependability and commitment to providing quality coaching will receive preferred hours and can reasonably expect 30-35 hours per week and will be stationed at a primary location for a majority of the summer.
Tier II: Coaches who are new, less experienced, or need a more flexible schedule can reasonably expect 15-25 hours per week and may be asked to fill in at multiple locations when necessary.
We will have limited positions open for hire this year. Please provide an email you monitor regularly so that we may schedule a virtual interview shortly after your application has been submitted. Applications, interviews and past experience (when applicable) will determine whether an applicant is the right fit for this year's coaching environment.
