LNCB 2026-2027 Financial Scholarship Request Form
Providing the LN Choir students with the various opportunities throughout the year is expensive, and all LN Choir expenses are paid from choir fees, ticket sales, corporate sponsorships, and fundraising. However, the LN Choir program has a financial assistance program to aid in the individual student payments for those in need. Although we offer several fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help reduce the individual cost, we do not wish to discourage students from being involved based on the financial commitment. If your family has more than one student involved in the program, have a student in multiple choirs, are unable to complete the required fair share payments due to financial difficulties (i.e. free or reduced lunch), or a change in financial status, you have the opportunity to request financial assistance.
 If you are interested in this opportunity and meet one or more of the criteria mentioned previously, please fill out the contact information below and write a letter requesting a fee reduction. Please state in the letter your specific need for assistance; Mrs. Glore will then determine, based on the criteria, who will receive financial assistance in their payments.
