1. Release and Waiver of Liability: THIS RELEASE IS EXECUTED (See Date Of Form Submission)

The undersigned participant (Participant) is aware that participation in running events and related activities may result in accident or injury and participant assumes the risks connected with participation in said activities. Participant hereby represents that participant is in good health and does not suffer from any physical impairment which would affect participants ability to be involved in running or related activities. Participant acknowledges and is aware that RunJunkEes, Fox Valley RunJunkEes and all other venues hosting RunJunkEes sanctioned events has not and will not render any medical services including medical diagnosis of participants physical condition. In consideration of being permitted to participate, participant, for himself/herself and his/her personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue RunJunkEes, Fox Valley RunJunkEes and all other venues hosting RunJunkEes sanctioned events , its officers and members, owners and lessees of the premises, each of them their officers and employees, all referred to as releases, from all liability to and any claim or damage therefore on account of any injury to the person or property of the participant or resulting in the death of the participant whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participant is participating in a running event or any related activity, to include getting to and from the running event.Participant agrees to indemnify the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or costs releasees may incur due to the presence of participant in any scheduled running event whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.
Participant agrees to adhere to the specified route & safety instructions & local traffic laws.(And additional -Notified by Route Maps & Organizer Announcements)
RunJunkEes will not release nor sell any information to outside parties, but does reserve the right to send information about upcoming events and related activities.
Participant agrees to this Liability Waiver for any and all future RunJunkEes events for the life of participation.
Participant assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to negligence of releasees or otherwise while participating in a running event or related activity associated wit RunJunkEes, Fox Valley RunJunkEes and all other venues hosting RunJunkEes sanctioned events. Participant agrees that this Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Illinois and that if any portion of the Agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not withstanding, continue in full force and effect.
Participant, being of lawful age, in consideration of being permitted to participate in running events and related activities at or associated with RunJunkEes, Fox Valley RunJunkEes and all other venues hosting RunJunkEes sanctioned events does for himself/herself and his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns hereby release and forever discharge RunJunkEes, Fox Valley RunJunkEes and all other venues hosting RunJunkEes sanctioned events its officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, their heirs, administrators and executors of any and from any and every claim, demand, action, or right of action, of injury or personal injuries known or unknown, death, and/or property damage resulting from any incident which may occur as a result of participation in running events or related activity associated with RunJunkEes, Fox Valley RunJunkEes and all other venues hosting RunJunkEes sanctioned events, whether by negligence or not.
Participant further states that he/she has carefully read the above Release and knows the contents of the Release and signs this Release as his/her own free act.Participant further releases any and all employees, officers, directors, and shareholders from any claim whatsoever on account of rendering first aid, treatment or services rendered during his/her participation in running events or related activity associated wit or at RunJunkEes, Fox Valley RunJunkEes and all other venues hosting RunJunkEes sanctioned events. By using our site and submitting your waiver you hereby consent to the online privacy policy, as stated. By submitting, posting or displaying any content, pictures and other materials on our facebook page, you grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content, pictures or other materials in any and all media, advertising, marketing or other distribution methods whether now known or later developed. Participant understands that there is no expiration on this waiver.
This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this agreement and the terms of this Release are contractual and not a mere recital. *
