Comic Con will be held at Two Rivers Convention Center on Saturday Oct 12, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
All Exhibitors will be located in the large ballrooms. Exhibitors have two options - One 8’ table and two chairs for $25 or a 10' by 10' booth with pipe and drape (comes with one 8’ table and two chairs) for $50. Limited WiFi and power will be available.
Only Exhibitors with products and/or services relating to comic books, comic art, pop culture, science fiction, fantasy, anime, books, graphic novels, and movies are eligible to exhibit. No adult materials may be displayed or sold, as this is a family event.
This is an application for space and does not guarantee you a spot. All applications will undergo a 14-day review process. If you receive an approval notification, your space is not held until payment has been completed.
Load-in and set-up will be Friday evening on Oct 11 or on Saturday, Oct 12, at 7:00 am. Exhibitors agree to arrive prior to the event and stay until the end of the event at 5:00 pm.

Exhibitor must be set up prior to the event and remain open through the entirety of the event.
Exhibitor will comply with all local, state, and federal laws including but not limited to taxes. Photo/Video/Recording Consent. Exhibitor agrees to give permission to Mesa County Libraries to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, and/or publish Exhibitor images, voices, and/or names obtained by MCL before, during, and after exhibiting at Comic Con for the purposes of advertising, publicity, and inclusion in the Library’s permanent collection of library materials available to the public. This authorization and consent extends to websites, television, social media, print materials, digital media, and all other forms of media and communication, including the Library’s digital content library. Exhibitor agrees that the Library will own all rights to copy, modify, adapt, distribute, and/or publish materials in any media containing Exhibitor images, voices, and/or names, and Exhibitor will have no rights in the same. Mesa County Libraries considers Exhibitor Representative’s signature to be consent for the group.
