Re                               :           CRITICAL WORK DAYS – HOLIDAYS 2020
                                                 
Due to the sensitive nature of our industry which requires continuous operations and real-time customer interaction, the company may declare certain days in a year as CRITICAL WORK DAYS. During days declared as such, full staffing is required, especially within our team’s operations to ensure that service level requirements of our clients programs are met and fully satisfied – not doing so will negatively impact our operations.
We are aware that the Holiday Season is the time of the year everyone is looking forward to and we are no different from you in that regard. However, Management has deemed it necessary to declare critical work days on:

December 21, 2020 until January 8, 2021.

All employees who are scheduled to work on the above stated days are enjoined to plan their holidays appropriately.

We would like to reiterate that one of the fundamental duties of an employee is to know and yield obedience to all reasonable rules, orders, instructions or guidelines set for an effective management across all departments. Hence, absences during CRITICAL WORK DAYS will be dealt with appropriately in accordance with our COED.
