The Pike School: Lower School Transportation Form - 2025-2026
This transportation form is for the 2025-2026 school year.  Please complete one form per student.  

PLEASE NOTE that completing this form does NOT register your child for bus transportation through the Andover Public Schools. 

IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF ANDOVER, Andover Public Schools  offers  bus  transportation services 
 https://www.aps1.net/page/transportation for your student. Andover transportation service began accepting bus transportation request forms in June for SY 2025-2026.  Please note that they will not be mailing out forms as in previous years. Pike does not arrange or manage bus registrations. Residents of Andover can register through APS; please note that the deadline has passed and requests from now on will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis and will not be assigned a bus until early September. For all questions, please contact the Andover Public Schools Transportation Manager at (978) 247-7065.
Bus Transportation is only available at regular school dismissal time.
