Thank you for your interest in the OMT Mid-Career Professional Development Workshop, "Navigating the Mid-Career Stage: Career Advancement and Impact in the OMT Field," scheduled for August 10th, 2024 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Those who completed the pre-registration form by July 7th will be notified by July 14th, 2024. If you need to cancel your attendance, please inform one of the organizers by July 28th, 2024. This will allow us to offer your spot to those on the waitlist.

Waitlist Registration: Although the pre-registration period has closed, you are still welcome to fill out this registration form to join the waitlist. Being on the waitlist not only offers you a chance to attend if space becomes available, but it also aids in planning future events based on demonstrated interest.
