Terms of Service:

Interpreting:
Service rates are billed at $35 for the first hour (minimum) then billable per ¼ hour after that.
Cancellations with 24 hour advanced notice of appointment time will not incur a fee.
Same-day cancellations with over 2 hours advanced notice will be charged 60% of minimum fee.
Cancellations less than 2 hours ahead of appointments will be charged the minimum fee.
Out-of-town appointments will incur an additional fee equivalent to the IRS mileage reimbursement rate, which will be added to the invoice.
*All invoices must be paid within 30 days of Invoice Date.

Translations:
Available in select languages.
Translations are billed at $50 per page for up to 250 words per page. Then billed at $12.50 per 100 words after that. Please note that translations services do not include file formatting.
