Please note: If you have not filled out a physical volunteer form with Quogue Library, you will need to do so. You can pickup the forms any time from the Zone or the Children's Activity Room, or reach out via email at childrens@quoguelibrary.org and we'll email you a copy. Please remember to bring anything you need signed to the program/event you're volunteering for.
