The Tallahassee Future Leaders Academy (TFLA) is an innovative eight-week program offered by the City to provide eligible youth with enriching summer work experiences.  Youth will receive two weeks of job readiness training prior to a six-week employment opportunity. Employment placements are offered through the City of Tallahassee and local or private organizations around the Tallahassee/Leon County area. The goal of TFLA is to provide youth with meaningful professional opportunities to increase employment related experiences and, provide guidance and support to positively impact developmental growth.
