We will be visiting Langkloof Roses Farm, outside Wellington with our presenter, Aritha Kruger and participate in a hands-on workshop about What we Eat and Feed our Family.
The workshop will cover the following:We are what we eat! Literally! So what do you eat? How and why does what you put into your mouth affect the outcome of your well-being? What are we made of? How can I get enough green stuff into my diet? Come and find these answers plus MANY more!
Aritha will also be serving something healthy and scrumptious.

Entrance Fee: R80 pp 3 years and older.To be paid by Wednesday, the 7th of November.
ProgrammeThere will be two sessions - one in Afrikaans and one in English. The groups will aternate between an educational food game and partake in an informative food orientated treasure hunt all over Langkloof Rose Farm.

The Afrikaans session will follow directly after the English session and then we will all visit the organic market stalls to put our picnic together. The foodie treasure hunt for the alternate group promises great finds and surprises!
Wholesome PicnicFor picnic time: bring your blankets, plates, cutlery and glasses and buy wholesome organically grown farm produce at various stalls. Put your own selection together from sourdough bread, spreads and pâtés, droëwors, biltong, cheese, kombucha, dried and fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, fresh vegetable juices and CLEAN water. Remember to bring cash! You are welcome to bring your own picnic too.
