CHRISTMAS MASS RESERVATIONS AT HOLY TRINITY

***How do I reserve my space to attend a Christmas Mass?
Fill out the form below. Only one set of reservations by the same individual or group can be honored due to very limited seating capacity. If multiple submissions are made, only the first will be honored. We are unable to accept requests for specific seats. SEATING IS LIMITED. Your requested group will be seated together and as such must be members of the same family or household per NYS and Diocese of Buffalo Regulations.
An extra Mass has been added on Christmas day in an attempt to accommodate parishioners and visitors. There will be no “Children’s Mass” this year and the 9pm “Midnight Mass” will not begin early with Christmas carols.
What If I can’t make a reservation online?
If you are having difficulty filling out this form, please call Patty Donovan (parish secretary) at 716-672-9536 or Cathy Mohart (business manager) at 716-366-2306 between Monday and Friday from 9am to 4pm, or email us at allarewelcome@holytrinitydunkirk.com.

***How do I get my tickets?
Once you have submitted this form, you will receive a confirmation email of your request. This does NOT yet mean you have seats reserved. The parish staff will assign the seats at each Mass to maximize seating capacity. Registration does NOT guarantee seats. Once enough registrations are received, the office will mail tickets for your specific Mass and seat location. Possession of your ticket is confirmation of your seat at Mass. Please bring your tickets to your designated Mass. Tickets must be presented when you enter the church, and an usher will take you to your specific seat(s). No one will be admitted to the church for Mass without a ticket.

***When should I arrive at Mass?
Please arrive at least 25 minutes and no later than 5 minutes before Mass is scheduled to begin. There will be no admittance, even for ticket holders, after this point. It is important that you leave ample time to allow our greeters and ushers to check you in, get you seated or resolve any seating issues that may arise without disrupting the Mass. There will be no standing room or unreserved seating in the church.

***What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you are unable to come to the Mass you reserved, please contact Patty Donovan or Cathy Mohart as soon as possible so we can open up reservations to others.

***Important!
Please remember that you must wear a mask correctly, covering both your nose and mouth at all times while in the church, and social distancing must be observed. All coronavirus protocols will be in place. Keep in mind, the obligation to attend Sunday Mass remains suspended until further notice All who are especially vulnerable or simply uncomfortable attending a public liturgy are encouraged to remain at home and view Mass via live streams. Those who feel in any way sick or who are worried about attendance shouldn’t enter the church. The health and safety of you and our entire community is important to us.
As much as we all wish things were “normal” and Christmas Masses could be celebrated in the same way as in the past, the reality is we must follow the guidelines set forth, which are in place to keep everyone healthy and safe. This year, let us give each other the gift of patience as we celebrate our faith during this challenging time. God’s grace will help us through this.
