We are not responsible for the outcome of your trip because of weather, rude people, *others’ inappropriate behavior, store/building closures, bad service or any other reason that is beyond our control. We are your tour guides and if anything happens, it happens to us too, not just you. We will try our hardest to make the very best of every situation.
At any time you may, or we may, end the tour. If you/we become ill or have an emergency arise, or feel uncomfortable or unsafe, or get tired, you can ask to discontinue the tour. We will help you make return arrangements. These arrangements will be at your own expense. You can Lyft/Taxi/Uber or take the bus back. If no group is present and you are by yourself, we will end the tour and return together, splitting the cost of return unless it is the bus. The bus is covered for the day. If you behave in an inappropriate manor, you will be given the information and will need to return on your own.
Guarantee of satisfaction - If you complete the entire trip and are not satisfied with our service, (meaning we failed to deliver as promised) you can submit a detailed complaint in writing and email it to us. If it is determined that we did not deliver as promised and it was not due to any circumstances (as mentioned above) that were not foreseen by anyone, you will receive a full refund. If it was determined that there was no fault of the guide, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding that we will try everything to make it great and that this should never even come up.
Inappropriate or risky behavior
Absolutely NONE will be tolerated. If you put yourself, your guide or anyone in the group in a dangerous situation by of your actions or risky behavior, your trip will end immediately. You will be given the information and will need to return on your own.
*Inappropriate behavior could include, being intoxicated, rude shouting, causing a scene, stealing, acting threatening or inappropriate with your guide or others, dodging cars or wondering off on your own without notice.
Cancelation / Transfer / No Show
FREE Cancelations before 24 hours you will receive a full refund.
To cancel, you must call and send an email for time stamp purposes, in order to be refunded. Refunds may take up to 10 -14 days to process and will be refunded via the same method in which the payment was made.
Cancelations after 24 hours you will not receive a refund due the fact that your trip spot cannot be rebooked.
Transfer a spot - if you wish to send someone in your paid spot, you can transfer it to them by providing their name and number and by them signing the waiver. If they do not follow through with this process, you will still be charged as a no show.
No Shows you will not receive a refund if you do not show up or if your transfer person does not sign the waiver or does not show up.
