All requests are subject to availability. Upon acceptance of an order, your date will be saved until you have approved your designs. At that time, you will be asked to pay for your order in full. Your invoice must be paid before your order can be started. No changes can be accommodated within 7 days of order pickup. I understand that emergencies happen, there is always an option to freeze your cookies, and properly unthaw for a later event. Cookies are heat sealed and considered fresh in packaging, for two weeks. If you are more than 30 minutes late for pickup, without notification, there will be a $15 late fee attached to your order.
