Dear Supervision Training Applicant,

When you fill out the application form, we suggest that you are already prepared with your PERSONAL ESSAY which is one of the course requirements. The space for your essay is to be found on the last part of the application form. In your essay (200 to 400 words; in 3 to 4 paragraphs), kindly describe (1) your spiritual growth or the development of your relationship with God and (2) your reasons for wanting to train as a supervisor. You may include any program or process, if any, that you have undergone in the past three years that has fostered self-awareness and self-understanding.

The recommendation letter, on the other hand, may be emailed directly to the CIS Director for Programs and Retreats at programsdirector@cisphil.org

The official check-out date for each Module is AFTER PM SNACKS on the last day of the program. Do you intend to check out of the venue the following day instead? The retreat house will charge an additional fee for one day which will be added to your total program cost. *
There is an option for twin room sharing (with AC), depending on the number of participants who are open to it. Total Fee will be reduced to P36,800 with this option. Are you interested in having this arrangement? This will still be subject to confirmation. *
