Having Vendors be involved in helping bring people to the conference is Vital. For every booth space you will be given 10 free tickets  to give to customers, friends and family.(not for booth help) This is required, we are grass roots and need your help, also this helps keep costs down.  *

 Request. Please list your top 4 booth spots below (some on separate rows, the map is constantly changing). A link is provided to view the layout in Email.  We limit similar types of products, and do not want anything similar close to each other. Remember the 8x6 booths are in light blue on the Map. The booths with an X are already assigned. If all of your selections are taken we will call you.

Do you need anything for your booth? Pipe and Drape are provided. Purchased tables have skirts. PLEASE MARK WHAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN IN YOUR CALENDAR, AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO BRING YOUR OWN MAKE SURE TO DO SO.  Costs are increased at the event if you decide to get ad ons.  *

We will be having a magazine of 16-20 pages handed out at the conference for each attendee. This will have the Sponsors, speakers and times, vendors, map of vendors and advertisements. You can do the ad yourself or with the help of the Marketing company  Art work must be turned in by April 1st
What method of Payment for your booth
Clear selection
We are requiring a booth deposit of $250 for each 10x10 and a $150 for a 8x6. This is non refundable. Please do this now so you can use the link provided. 
This will hold your booth selection until complete payment is paid. We will send out an invoice for the remaining total within a 72 hrs of receiving your onboarding.

3/25, as of today we have very limited booths left, mostly the 600 wall we opened up last, you may still ask for a preferred booth but understand we may have to put you somewhere else depending in similar booths around.

I understand that deposits are non refundable and that after full payment is received only that secondary portion may be refunded at 50% until  Jan 31 and 25% by Feb 29 and 0% after Feb 29 2024

We are now in short time from the conference start date. After your submission, we will send an invoice for the total amount within 48 hrs. That invoice has to be paid within 72 hrs of that.  If payment is not received you may loose your deposit. We do not want that, we just can not chase payments. *
Complete booth total, booth, table-chairs, electrical, marketing. $$, if paying with Venmo please leave account info so i can request payment or pay @behealthyutah. 
For those vendors who put deposits down I will subtract from final total. Please put complete Total down. 
Remember this is a conference, those who attend will walk by most booths multiple times,
