This year's conference will include time for clusters/program work, sharing of best practices, career readiness, a vendor fair, social activities, and much, much more. Attendees can choose to focus on a single conference strand or may choose workshops a la carte from the conference session options. Strands include: >Curriculum, Instruction, & Assessment (CIA): Participants will have several opportunities to focus on the heart of CTE, what happens in classroom. >Program Improvement (PI): Individuals participating in the PI strand will gain skills to build their programs success using multiple, available resources such as: data, community partners, and equity tools. >Career Pathways (CP): This strand will provide individuals with resources to inform them of best practices in career pathway development, which will enable them to guide students to make choices about interesting, rewarding, and personally satisfying career opportunities. >Leadership & Administration in CTE: Attend workshops focused on the needs of today’s leaders in the career and technical education community. Content will be focused upon recruitment and development of the next generation of leaders and building capacity to insure long-term success of CTE in NH.
>Marketing & Messaging (MM): Learn how to frame messages, relative to recruitment and retention, that will positively engage your target audiences. Gain exposure to the current marketing platforms and techniques that will get your messages the widest exposure.
