CALL FOR VENDORS –  

Welcome to The 9th Annual HAPPENING Multicultural Festival! This year’s festival runs from May 15th to May 31, 2025. This years theme: "Dreams" explores the power of working together to create a better world for all. 


Happening Community Activation events take place from May 15th - May 24th, and our #HAPPENING Festival May 29th to May 31, 2025. All events are taking place at MUSE Arts Creative Lab (1369B St Clair Ave West, Earlscourt Park — St Clair Ave West and Caledonia Road entrance). VENDORS ARE INVITED TO JOIN US:

Saturday  May 31st from 12:30pm until 11:00pm

During HAPPENING Multicultural Festival, we give the spotlight to immigrant, newcomer, and refugee artists while creating opportunities for professional development focused on artists interested in working with communities, as well as creating opportunities for organizations to network with artists and other organizations. We promote inclusion and celebrate the contribution of newcomer and refugee communities to the cultural and artistic fabric of Toronto. 

There will be 15 tables dedicated to vendors at the MUSE Arts Creative Lab. 

With our goal being the celebration of the local community in a family-friendly environment, we are looking for fun, energetic, and unique merchants to showcase their products and services.

Process: We will review applications in the first come first served basis. We will consider product ,  we will do our best not to have many vendors with same product/service , priority given to products made my vendors and those ethically sourced.  Once we review your application we will invite you to make payment. When payment is confirmed, you will receive a welcoming letter.  

Rate:   $200 

Important: Vendors will have three (3) business days (after being notified of their spot)  to make payment.  If payment is not received, Invitation will be void and the spot will be offered to another vendor.  MUSE Arts will provide invoice. We charge HST.  No Refunds.  All payments are done via e-transfer to community@musearts.ca

What We Offer : 1 Table (4') , 1 chairs,  Table location is assigned at the event  on the first come first served basis. 

IMPORTANT: *You cannot bring additional tables. *If you are considering sharing the table with a friend  to reduce cost, you are welcome to do so, please remember, only one logo per application will be showcased, you will not have additional tables.
