Requests submitted with less than fourteen (14) business days notice may be difficult to accommodate. Due to the high number of requests received by our office, not all requests can be granted.

Proclamations are not issued for conferences, birthdays, retirements, weddings, or anniversaries. These events are recognized through a congratulatory letter or certificate. Proclamations are issued for one date period (day, week, month) only per year. Requests that are similar to a proclamation previously issued the same year will be declined, and a copy of the similar proclamation will be provided instead.
