BTB : BACK-TO-BRUNEI FORM
Instructions :
1. For all final year scholars including MOE, DANA, BAS, MORA, UBD, and including SBPP
recipients.
2. Submit your online Back-To-Brunei form at leat 3 days of your departure to Brunei.
3. Email a copy of the following support documents to EAUC at students@brunei.org.au.
- Letter of Program/Course Completion,
- Degree/Master/PhD certification, and
- Overall Academic Transcript (from the first until final semester).


FINAL YEAR CLAIMS
1. Submit your claims using the Online Application For Reimbursement 5 - Online AFR5.
2. Submit your Online AFR5 at least three (3) weeks before your departure
3. Email a pdf copy of all your receipts to EAUC at students@brunei.org.au.

PREPARING YOUR CLAIMS
1. Number your receipts clearly and highlight the claimed amount in GREEN fluorescent.
2. Email it with other supporting documents in pdf format.
3. Ensure all file names and emails sent are in the format recommended by EAUC.

CLAIMING YOUR PAYMENTS IN BRUNEI
1. Claims submitted one (1) week before the date of departure will be forwarded to
Brunei for payment.
2. Students who personally submit their cliams to MOE are reminded to do so within the first 12 months after they have return to Brunei.
