Forum Registration: Improving Oral Health for Pregnant and New Parents in Connecticut

COHI, a Connecticut-based nonprofit organization, is hosting a community forum for pregnant individuals who or have recently had a baby have experienced barriers accessing dental care particularly those who are uninsured or enrolled in HUSKY Health.

This forum seeks to understand the unique oral health care challenges faced during pregnancy. We want to hear directly from you about your experiences, what obstacles you’ve encountered, what has helped, and what improvements are needed to support the oral health of pregnant individuals across the state.

This VIRTUAL Oral health forum will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. 

These forums will be 2 hours long and participants will be compensated with a $50 gift card for their time. COHI will also provide oral health kits, oral health resources, and an opportunity to advocate for positive changes.

All responses on this form will be kept confidential and are for internal purposes only. All data will be de-identified prior to inclusion in any final report.
