Gift Exchange 2024
EVENT INFO:
Everyone who is interested please fill out the spreadsheet below and be physically present/bring in a present to the URSGA Meeting on Monday, December 9th at 7pm. We’ll start our holiday endeavors at 8pm.

The day we meet, put your gift under our holiday tree: "I Forgor 💀" (formerly known as Tree Jacob (ignore my prior submission)/ Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus  /Angie’s little holiday tree / Jr./Tadeas/Galactus/The Christma-Pasta-Hannuk-Kwanza tree, previously known as Paul Newswanger the Cactus/Dean Evers, and currently known as Maybe it’s Frederick Douglass Fir, Maybe it’s Maple-ine, It’s holiday tree-son then. Feel free to send in suggestions for this year’s name~) Nobody should know whose gift is whose. Also make sure to wrap the gift, or at least make it so that no one can tell what’s inside.

GIFTING PROCESS:
The event will start with selecting an order at random. The first person will choose a gift and open it. The next person to go can either choose to open another gift, or steal another person’s gift. If your gift is stolen, you are allowed to choose another gift, or steal a different one immediately after. This goes until either no gifts can be stolen, or a present is opened. A gift can be stolen no more than 3 times and only once until another gift is opened. After no more gifts remain in the pile, the first person can choose to swap their gift with somebody else, and the game ends when a player declines to swap.

RULES:
Total spending limit per person: $15-$25, with $15 being the minimum you can spend and $25 being the maximum. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SPEND THE ABSOLUTE LEAST POSSIBLE

What to get: Board game and board game accessories, aka usable nerd stuff. Please no gag gifts
