Strategic planning is the process of setting goals, developing strategies and creating the action steps necessary to achieve those goals, and identifying the resources needed to meet those goals. We are currently in the goal-setting step of this process and value all stakeholder input, including students, teachers, staff, parents and families, and other community members.
