Vacation Request Form
This form must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance of the 1st day of the vacation period.

Two weeks vacation credit will be allowed during the 2025 Summer session. Vacation time must be taken in one or two week blocks with the week starting on Monday and ending on Friday.  If we do not receive this form with at least 5 business days notice we will not be able to honor your vacation credit request.

No credit will be given for Monday, May 26, Thursday, June 19, or Friday, July 4, 2025. Just For Kids is closed  these days and the tuition for these days was not included when our summer rates were set.
