Thank you so much for your interest in being a volunteer for this event.
We are looking for about a five amazing volunteers that will be able to help out on the date for a few hours.
Date: September 13, 2025
Time: Set up starts around 8am
Doors close at 5PM
Holiday Inn Burlington
What some responsibilities will be
- Door duty: Letting people in and getting a head count.
- Lunch breaks: Helping authors and vendors during a 1/2 hour break and watching their table if needed
- Passing out water and making sure authors/vendors get some washroom breaks
- Manning our Panel and Launch rooms. Making sure we have everything set up.
- Help authors/vendors set up and tear down if needed.
What we are able to offer for your time and help
- VIP first hour to walk around! Join the ones that paid extra during our first hour of relaxing shopping.
- Morning snacks with the authors.
- Your official shift may start in the afternoon or morning.
- Small thank you gift from Michelle.
