putting the garden to bed
Sunday, October 27th, 2-4pm
Westmoor Park Community Gardens (at the corner of Flagg and Mountain Rd), West Hartford, Connecticut

How do we move through grief, take care of ourselves and others, and prepare for a season of dormancy?

  • Limited to 10 people.

  • Note: There will be physical hands-on activities as a part of this workshop and the garden is on uneven ground, which may be difficult to access for those with limited mobility.

  • Dress for the dirt and weather and bring water. Optional items to bring: garden gloves, kneeling pad, folding chair.

  • You will receive two email reminders before the event, including a google pin, parking information, and nearby bathroom directions.

  • Please contact btoczylowski@gmail.com with any questions or cancel ahead of time if you are unable to make it, so we can make room for people on the waiting list.

This project received support from the Connecticut Office of the Arts, which also receives funding from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), a federal agency.
