10am - Swim the course!
11am - Bike & Run - course will be marked with route arrows (we will follow the Barrelman bike course, run around Flatwater center)


6am - Course description and briefing
6:15 to 8:30am - Run - course will be marked with route arrows and water jugs will be every 4km or so.

Saturday Bike distance *because of the nature of the course, the full course is ~120km, but you can turnaround at anytime to make it shorter *
There will be VEHICLE support on the bike course with stops at ~30km and ~60km. The vehicle will have water and sports powder and gels/chews. I recommend 1 bottles of fluid per hour, 50-85g of carbs per hour (per hour that's 2-3 gels or ~1 cliff bar or 1 bottle gatorade + 1 to 2 gels) and 500-1000mg sodium (1 bottle gatorade has only 250mg sodium, so I recommend a salt pill) *
While the vehicle will carry a few spare tubes/CO2, etc, You are still responsible for bringing a flat repair kit, CO2 and a spare tube.
