25-26 Bluejay Student-Parent Agreement (GUARDIAN)
Please complete the following questions to place your student's name on the Bluejay Academy application list. Online enrollment for GPS will open in July and must also be completed and processed.

Applications will not be considered without all of the information requested; both Guardian & Student forms must be submitted. Final acceptance will not be granted until all GPS enrollment forms are completed and appropriate educational placement is determined after the first full week in August.  

Upon final acceptance, students and parents will be required to complete additional paperwork during their initial meeting. 

Active enrollment in the Bluejay Academy requires the successful completion of 80-100 activities every week AFTER the Orientation Tasks are complete. Assignments sent back for plagiarism, etc. are not counted in this total.

(Note, if choosing to participate in blended learning, students are responsible for transportation to and from the appropriate school site. Also, if choosing blended learning, participation in "before Guthrie classes begin" activities & practices should continue with or without BJA acceptance notice. This also applies to Meridian Technology Center students.)

Parents/Guardians & Students are responsible for signing up for each class Parent Square & Google Classroom notification & information apps. Specific information is available in the students' orientation tasks. These sources provide necessary details for graduation requirements, school pictures, senior class activities, mandated tests, and more!

Parents/Guardians: after the third week of school, you will be provided an access code for the Edgenuity Family Portal which will allow you to track your student's progress each day. If you cannot access the portal, please let us know immediately. Your involvement in your student's schooling is very important.
