Instructions:
Please meet with your crowdfunding team to carefully review the application and fill out the form. After you submit, the University Relations department will review your application and will be with you shortly to determine if your crowdfunding project is a good fit at this time.

Essay questions
As part of the crowdfunding application, you'll need to respond to several essay questions. Please review these before you reach that part of the application as you won't be able to continue until responded.
