YPS Hot Lunch Order Form: Term 3, 2024
All orders for week 1 must be submitted by Friday 19th July, 2024.  
All orders for the rest of Term 3 must be submitted by Friday 26th July, 2024.

Hot Lunches are served with fruit on a Friday at 11am.
Cost is $5 per lunch. 
A separate order needs to be filled out and submitted for each student.  

Please transfer the total term payment into the YPS school Westpac bank account, with 'Family name, Hot Lunch T3' as the transfer reference.
