To further validate the need for technical assistance, please perform troubleshooting steps in the prerequisites section below. If these prerequisites do not resolve the issue that you are experiencing please proceed with completing this CSR.

    Prerequisites

    1. Check connections to computer - Power cord, surge protector, network, monitor, sound, USB, and other interfaces may require a physical reset. This can be accomplished by disconnecting and re-connecting a connection such as the network cable. 2. Restart program/application - If a program has become completely unresponsive, you can press (and hold) Control+Alt+Delete on your keyboard to open the Task Manager or right-click the taskbar and select Start Task Manager. Reboot computer - Choose the option Shut down, not restart, when rebooting or press and hold the power button to turn off the computer. Wait a few seconds, and power it up again.
