This weekend long summer festival brings live entertainment on two stages in the town square, food vendors, and loads of summer sales from surrounding retail merchants.

Artist Selection: 65 Artists will be juried and admitted to this event based on quality of wares, diversity of wares, and appropriateness of item's aesthetic to the audience that shops at our markets. This is the 10th year organizing marketplaces. We are privileged to receive a large number of applications from lovely and talented makers for each event. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept all applicants but encourage artists who are on our waiting list to apply for additional IMI events, as we strive to provide opportunities for as many artists as possible to bring their wares to market.

We promote the event through multiple channels to introduce shoppers to the best Pittsburgh and the surrounding region has to offer and welcome both fine artisans and indie craftspeople. All items must be handmade.

What do we provide?
We will provide vendors with a 10x10 tent with removable walls and access to electricity (one plug/ artist) provided by generators and/or power from surrounding retail spaces. This tent is yours to "move into" for the 3 days of the festival. Spaces will be assigned based on organizer's needs. Electricity is limited to one plug per vendor in order to not over tax the system.

What do you provide?
You will need to provide tables, chairs, displays, lighting and any other additional items you need to create your own "storefront" in the tent for the three days of the market.

Hours of the Show:
Friday, July 7: 5 pm - 10 pm (artists may stay later but are required to stay until 10 pm; you may open earlier)
Saturday, July 8: 12 pm - 10 pm (artists may stay later but are required to stay until 10 pm; you may open earlier)
Sunday, July 9: 12 pm - 5 pm (breakdown will begin promptly at 5 pm; you may open earlier)
I Made It! Market requires artists to be "open" during show hours listed above.

Security:
The SouthSide Works provides 24 hour security. However, artists are encouraged to remove all valuable items from their tents each night.
