The Sign With Me (SWM)   HearZero® Access Inclusion Walk Initiative is a welcoming, accessible walking experience designed to bring community members together while advancing access, inclusion, and communication equity. 

Each walk highlights a specific community sector leaders—and features guided conversation with community leaders about the importance of accessibility and the use of American Sign Language (ASL). These walks are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and accessible for participants of all abilities.  You have options: walk the concrete hill to the top; take the steps, walk the trails or a combination thereof. If you have any access functional needs or physical concerns (wheelchair, cane, etc.) not to worry. There is access at each of the parks for you.

By participating, you help build awareness, foster connection, and support Sign With Me’s mission to bridge communication gaps and create inclusive environments for all.  You are now apart of our  HearZero® Nation!

Event Outline 

  • 8:30 AM – Arrival & check-in with SWM rep; photos/selfies at signage

  • 8:45–9:30 AM – Independent walk (self-paced; set timers)

  • 9:30 AM – Regroup at top (south of museum), check-in, snack pack, group photos

  • 9:45–10:15 AM – Community presenters

  • 10:15–10:30 AM – Closing & networking

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

I certify that I am physically able to participate or will take necessary precautions.

I release, waive, and discharge Sign With Me (SWM), its founders, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation.
