2019 High School Mission Trip Interest Survey

Please complete this form to let me know about your interest in a high school only mission trip in the summer of 2019.
Both trips will cost $900/participant (ECOT covers 2/3 of youth cost and all of chaperone cost) and would be hosted by Experience Missions https://experiencemission.org/mission-trips/hurricane-relief-texas-port-arthur.
Both proposed trips will be open to rising 9th-12th grade students (current 8th-12th grade).
