Thespian Troupe 7289 HOURS Submission Form
For Thespians, and Future Thespians, submit your hours using this form each time you complete an event and are not able to fill out your hours on your own Thespian Point Record in the Thespian 3-ring binder. Examples are given within the drop down menu of event options. 

The exception is for OATC shows as the Stage Manager will take attendance and enter the total hours at the end of the production. 

Otherwise, MAKE AN ENTRY TO EACH UNIQUE TIME YOU SERVE. 

REMEMBER: It's your responsibility to keep your hours up to date. All hours for the year are reviewed by the Clerk and Troupe Director after April 1 for that year's Thespian Induction Honors and Awards. Make sure you have all of your hours entered by that date to ensure they're included.
