Collection Information Form
The Radio Preservation Task Force and Association for Recorded Sound Collections are gathering collection-level information for the national sound collection directory through this form. At this time, the project is actively seeking collections with radio recordings and other radio-related materials.

Please fill out as many relevant fields for your collection as possible. If you have more than one distinct collections of radio materials, please fill out a new instance of this form for each collection.
