For the garage or individual at the start of their fleet journey who has made remarkable progress in a short time ā typically within their first one to two years.Ā Judges look for pace and scale of progress, smart application of best practice, andĀ clear ambition for what comes next.

Fleet work is built on trust, earned when a garage does more than the job requires.Ā This award recognises exceptional service to a fleet customer, driver, colleague orĀ community ā a genuine story with real impact, where the story matters more thanĀ the spreadsheet.Ā
āļøĀ Garage Innovation Award
Celebrating the garage finding smarter ways to work ā new technology, processes,Ā EV capability, or an entirely new service line introduced in the past 12 months. JudgesĀ look for the problem solved, measurable results, and whether other garages couldĀ learn from it.
āļøĀ Fleet Company of the Year Award
The only award decided entirely by the Fleet Guy community. This recognises theĀ fleet company that has made the biggest positive impact on independent garagesĀ through strong partnerships, fair working relationships, clear communication andĀ genuine support. Voted for by Fleet Guy members, it celebrates the fleet companyĀ that garages are most proud to work with and sets the benchmark for collaborationĀ across the industry.
